Rapid technological advancement and implementation of automation computerization in today's manufacturing set up resulted many high quality processes, where defects are rarely observed. There processes two or more types may be generated from different equipment/process problems. The zeroinflated data containing commonly modeled by bivariate zero-inflated (BZI) Poisson distribution. Pal Gauri (2022a) proposed a methodology for measuring capability BZI process. However, they ignored the count zero defect (ZD) products produced Because that, approach fails to discriminate which produces proportions ZD units but having almost same proportion nonconforming items with respect USL combined number USLs individual types.
